Why an ecosystem

Your business doesn’t work in silos.
Neither should your software.

A customer is one person having one long conversation with you — an enquiry, a call, a message, an invoice, a renewal. Comsky is designed around that journey rather than around separate tools.

Lead ARRIVES CRM QUALIFIED Telephony IN BUILD Chat IN BUILD Books IN BUILD Cloud RUNNING

A hollow stop is a product still being built — Telephony, Chat and Books are not on sale yet. Illustrative. Products are designed to complement each other and to share a common account and design language; where two products are not yet technically integrated, this site says so on the product page rather than implying it here.

What staying inside one ecosystem actually buys you

One Comsky account

A single login and a single prepaid wallet across every product you switch on, with one GST invoice at the end of the month.

One design language

The same navigation, the same buttons, the same words for the same things. Learning the second product costs almost nothing.

Connected discovery

Every product is one click from every other one — no hunting for which vendor sells the next piece.

Products that complement

Each is bought on its own merits, and each is more useful with the next one beside it.

Start from the problem

What are you looking to solve?

Most people arrive with a problem, not a product name. Pick the one that sounds like your week.

Grow sales

Start with the CRM: it holds the customer record and it is live today. Telephony will put every call on that record and Chat every message, so the follow-up becomes one thread instead of three tools that each know a third of the story. Both are still being built.

Manage finance

Two routes. If you are staying on TallyPrime — and most businesses are — TallyBridge is live now and puts the books on a phone without migrating anything. Comsky Books, a full accounting ERP, is being built for when you are ready to move.

Run operations

This is the one area with nothing on sale yet, so we will say so. HRMS is in early access and will put attendance, leave and statutory payroll on one employee record. Monitor is being built and will watch the servers, sites and backup jobs and escalate to whoever is actually on call. Talk to us if you want either early.

Move to the cloud

Both of these are live today. Comsky Cloud is priced by the resource rather than by plan — you pick vCPU, RAM and SSD and the price is those numbers multiplied out. Backup protects whatever you run, with storage the machine itself has no permission to erase.

I’m a CA managing clients

TallyBridge is live, so you can see a client’s outstanding without a phone call while they stay on Tally. Backup is live too, so a client’s data file is never the thing that ends the relationship. Comsky Books, for the clients whose accounts you keep yourself, is being built.

I resell to businesses

Cloud and Backup are live and were built to be operated on someone else’s behalf: multi-tenant workspaces, one alert stream, per-customer reports. You commit a pool, set your own prices and issue your own invoices. Monitor joins them when it ships.

Connect your customers

The CRM is live and holds the customer record. Chat and Telephony are being built; when they land, web chat, WhatsApp, email and calls will all attach to that same record. The point is not more channels — it is that the person answering can see everything that came before.
