Comhard Technologies has sold, installed and supported business software in India since 2001. Comsky is what we learned from that, written down as code.
Most of what we sold over those years was a foreign product with an India module added afterwards, running on disks in another country, supported from another timezone. It worked, mostly. But the same three conversations kept happening: the GST treatment was wrong because it had been bolted on at the end; nobody could answer where the data physically sat; and the person who could fix it was asleep.
Those are not features you add later. Tax rules that are a starting point rather than a setting, and machines that are inside the country, are both decisions you make on day one or never. So we started from the other end.
Comsky is multiple products built on one control plane: one identity, one account hierarchy, one wallet, and tenant isolation enforced in the database rather than trusted to application code. Each product is sold on its own merits — none of them is a module of another — but they share a customer record and a single GST invoice, because that is the part a suite is actually for.

Say what is not built
Comsky Cloud publishes a list of what it does not do. Five of our multiple products are not shipping yet and every page says so. A prospect finding a gap three weeks after signing is worse for us than losing the deal.
Keep the data here
Instances, volumes, snapshots and backup copies are created in Indian data centres and do not leave them. It is a physical claim, and it is the one people are actually asking about.
Support by people who use it
The person answering has used the thing you are asking about. That is easier to promise from Noida with multiple products than it is from a contact centre with a script.
