Your network is yours alone
Your first instance brings up an isolated network; every later one joins it. Accounts share hypervisors and never share a network — and the console draws both accounts at once so you can see the separation rather than take our word for it.
Firewall and NAT, self-service
Open a port, forward a port, change an egress rule — from the console, applied without raising a ticket. Port forwarding is free, and the source-NAT public IPv4 is included with the account.
Resize without rebuilding
Change vCPU, memory or disk on a running instance. The bill is adjusted for the part of the month you actually had the new shape, and a quote endpoint prices the change before you commit to it.
Backups you did not configure
A daily snapshot policy with seven days of restore points, enforced at the hypervisor and provisioned with the instance. It is priced at 20 % of the instance per month, and it is opt-in, not assumed.
Metrics that are actually current
CPU, memory, disk and network sampled every 60 seconds and kept for fourteen days; power state polled separately every 45. Threshold alerts go to email or a signed webhook.
A prepaid wallet, not a stored card
You top up and usage draws down. Nothing is charged behind your back, every top-up raises a GST tax invoice, and a downgrade credits the unused portion straight back to the wallet.

Before you create an account.
Is the figure you quote really what I pay?
Yes. The 18 % GST is already inside it, and the invoice shows the taxable value and the tax split under SAC 998315 so your accountant can reconcile it.
What happens if I run an instance for six hours?
You are metered hourly at (monthly × 1.2) ÷ 730, and a month never bills past 120 % of the monthly figure. Leaving something on can never cost more than having committed to it for the month.
When am I charged?
Renewal is anchored to the 5th of each month, and the first period is prorated per day. An instance created on 20 September is billed for those 15 days now, then a full month on the 5th.
What if my wallet runs dry?
The renewal charges into a negative balance on the 5th, then five days of grace with the daily rate still accruing, then the instance is powered off with its data untouched — a top-up brings it back. It is reclaimed ten days later only if the balance is still negative.
Can another customer on the same host see my traffic?
No. Accounts share hypervisors and never share a network. Each account has its own isolated network and its own virtual router, and the console draws both accounts on one diagram so the separation is visible rather than asserted.
Do you have GPUs today?
Not on self-service. CPU instances, networking and storage are live now; GPU capacity is being brought online through 2026. Tell us the workload and we will say honestly whether we can take it rather than sell you a waitlist.
How many regions are there?
One. ZONE01 is the only zone Comsky runs, and instances, volumes and snapshots stay in it. If your architecture needs a second region for failover today, we would rather you knew that now.
Is there a minimum term?
No contract term, no minimum spend and no notice period. Paying for a year is possible only as a bigger wallet top-up, and it carries no discount — we would rather not pretend otherwise.
