You cannot download the app today. Here is what you can do.
The native iOS and Android apps for Comsky CRM are in internal testing. They are not on the App Store, they are not on Google Play, and there is no build you can install. We are not going to put two store badges on this page and let you discover that at the checkout.
What exists today is the web app, and it works in a phone browser. That is most of a CRM on a phone — the board, the record, the timeline, the task, the call, the mail. The rest of this page is an honest account of where that ends and what the native apps will add.
What exists today
The web app, in a phone browser
Sign in at the same address on a phone as on a laptop. Same records, same permissions, same workspace. Add it to your home screen if you want it one tap away — it is still the web app, and we will call it that.
Native iOS and Android
Real apps on the same records — not a wrapped website. Being tested inside the company. Not released, not downloadable, and with no date published, because we do not have one we would be willing to hold ourselves to.
This page changes, on the day
When the apps are released, this page stops saying internal testing and starts carrying the store links. There is no separate announcement to sign up for and nothing to join. Check here, or ask us.
A day in the field, in the browser.
The realistic test is not whether a CRM has an app. It is whether a rep standing outside a factory gate can find out who they are meeting, what was said last time, and what they promised — in under a minute, on one bar of signal.
Call · Rakesh Menon ₹8,40,000
Site visit · Bhosari ₹6,15,000
Demo · online ₹3,90,000
Follow-up · overdue ₹2,20,000
Both of those are the web app rendered narrow. Tapping a number opens the dialler and tapping an address opens Maps, because those are things a browser on a phone can already do.
Where the browser is enough, and where it is not.
Three rows say no. They are the three reasons the native apps are being built, and they are the whole argument for waiting if any of them is how your team works.
Written in the future tense, on purpose.
Every tile below describes something that does not work yet. They are being tested internally, on the same records the web app uses, and none of them is available to buy or install today.
The same records, natively TESTING
Not a wrapped website. The same leads, contacts, companies, tasks and threads, rendered by the platform, with the scroll and the keyboard behaving the way every other app on the phone behaves.
Push, when something is yours TESTING
A lead assigned to you, a task falling due, a record going quiet past its threshold. A browser tab cannot tap you on the shoulder; an app can. This is the single biggest difference for a field team.
Something in the lift TESTING
Reading a record and writing a note where there is no signal, with the write queued until there is. The web app needs a connection for every screen, which is fine in an office and not fine in a basement godown.
Log the visit before you drive off TESTING
Open the app outside the gate, log what was said, set the next activity, close it. The visit that gets logged is the one that took eight seconds; the one that waits for the evening is the one that never happens.
Call or message in one tap TESTING
Dial the contact or open the WhatsApp thread from the record, and have the fact that you did it land back on the timeline without a second action.
The same permissions, not looser ones TESTING
Role and record-level visibility apply identically on a phone. A rep who cannot see the team pipeline in the browser will not be able to see it in the app either, and the audit trail records both the same way.
No date is published here because we do not have one worth publishing. If the apps matter to your decision, say so — tell us how your team works and we will tell you plainly whether to wait.
The rest of it, without the paragraphs.

About the apps, answered plainly.
Can I download the Comsky CRM app right now?
No. The native iOS and Android apps are in internal testing. They are not on the App Store, not on Google Play, and there is no build we can send you. The web app in a phone browser is what is available today.
When will the apps be released?
There is no published date, because we do not have one we would be willing to be held to. A date given to win a deal is a date that gets missed, and you would remember that for longer than you would remember the deal. Ask us and we will tell you honestly where the testing has got to.
Can I join a beta or a waitlist?
There is no public beta programme. If mobile is decisive for your team, tell us how you sell and we will tell you plainly whether to buy now or wait — including if the answer is wait.
Is the web app usable on a phone, really?
For the board, a record, its timeline, tasks and mail, yes — that is most of a working day. Wide tables and dashboards need a sideways scroll. What it cannot do at all is work without a connection or notify you when you are not looking at it.
Does adding it to my home screen make it an app?
It makes it one tap away, which is genuinely useful. It does not make it a native app: no push notifications, no offline use, no background sync. We are not going to call a home-screen shortcut a mobile app.
Will the native apps cost extra?
No. Every plan carries all nine modules, and the apps are a way into the same workspace rather than a module of their own. Pricing is not published yet either — that is on the pricing page, in the same words.
Will my permissions be the same on a phone?
Yes, and that is deliberate. Roles and record-level visibility are enforced on the data rather than by the screen asking for it, so a rep sees their own pipeline on a phone exactly as they do on a laptop, and every change lands on the same audit trail.
What happens to my data if I only ever use a phone?
Nothing different. It sits on servers in India along with the backups and the search index, exports to Excel from any filtered list, and comes out whole through the API. Where you signed in from does not change any of that.
